Include your iPhone model, iOS version and app version so we can help.
Where can I download the app?
The first release is in preparation. There is no public App Store or TestFlight link yet. Email get@backtoyour.life for an update or an early-access request.
Which iPhones are supported?
The current build requires iOS 17 or later. The website demonstration runs in your browser; it does not analyze a recording.
How should I record?
Keep the phone still, level and directly beside the rider. Include the whole rider and bike. On a securely supported bike, pedal normally for a short video. Folds and loose clothing can make joint placement less precise; fitted cycling clothing helps.
What do the four angles mean?
The knee angle helps assess saddle height. The hip angle shows how closed the position becomes. Elbow and torso angles help you inspect upper-body support and reach. Tap an angle to see its drawing and target range.
What does the green part of the scale mean?
It is the target interval for the selected angle and recording method. The labeled pointer is the angle of the frame you are viewing. The status says whether it is below, within or above that interval.
How do I use before and after?
Keep the first recording, make one adjustment and record the actual change. Record again from the same side and camera position. Switch Before/After and inspect the same angle. The next recommendation is shown under the image.
Are the millimeter recommendations exact?
They are estimates from the visible geometry and available profile dimensions. Enter your height and, if known, crank length. Assess the effect with a repeat recording and how the position feels.
How do I delete or export my data?
Delete a session from History to remove its local recordings. Open the analysis details for JSON or image export. Exported copies and the original files in Photos or Files stay wherever you saved them.
