FORMILE processes riding photos and videos on your iPhone. We do not receive those recordings through the app.

Data stored in the app
The app stores imported or recorded media, joint coordinates, angle measurements, your optional profile dimensions, bike settings and session notes locally on your iPhone. These are used to provide the analysis and comparison. No user account is required.
Processing and sharing
Joint detection and fitting calculations run on the device. The app does not upload your media or measurements to our server, and has no developer analytics or advertising trackers. A report or recording leaves the app only when you choose to export or share it. The destination you select then handles its copy under its own rules.
Deletion and device backups
Deleting a session removes that session and its recordings from the app. Deleting the app removes its local history. Original files in Photos or Files and copies you exported are managed separately. The app marks its session folder as excluded from device backups; keep your own exports if you need a lasting copy.
This website
The server processes connection data, including your IP address, requested page and browser headers, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or signup forms. Fonts and images are served from this website. There is no website upload feature.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request. The message is handled by the email providers serving the contact address. Do not send a recording unless you choose to share it for support. Correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us to ask for deletion.
Your choices and rights
You control the recordings on your iPhone and any exports. For personal data handled in support or website operations, contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to exercise other applicable data protection rights. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Necessary website operation is based on the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website; support processing is based on responding to your request.
Apple services
App Store distribution and device diagnostics are governed by Apple and your device settings. They are separate from uploading a riding recording to FORMILE. Changes to this notice will be published on this page.
